WHITE WINE SELECTION:
Lost Angel 2009 Ruckus White Wine - Sonoma. A blend of 52% Viognier, 18% Pinot Grigio, 12% Sauvignon Blanc, 9% Grenache Blanc, 5% Roussanne and 4% Chardonnay, this blend is semi-dry with a bit of acidity.
The 2011 Honey Pot - South Africa. This delicate fruity wine has aromas of tropical fruit and citrus that carry through beautifully on the palate. A blend of 62% Sauvignon Blanc, 27% Semillon and 11% Viognier.
The Original House Wine 2009 Chardonnay - Columbia Valley, WA. Fragrant pineapple, nectarine and straw notes marry with toasted marshmallow and vanilla crème aromatics on the welcoming nose. The creamy palate brings together jasmine, lime and toasted coconut. The finish is well balanced with lingering fruit and light oak.
RED WINE SELECTION:
The Pepper Pot 2010 Red Blend - South Africa. Three robust grapes - 46% Syrah, 46% Mourvedre, 8% Tannat, blend to form a heady yet harmonious wine with notes of pepper, spice and red berry flavors.
The Original Steak House 2009 Cabernet - Columbia Valley, WA. Deep color leads with aromatics of blackberry and forest floor. Juicy raspberry and strawberry notes marry with black pepper on the mid-palate. This smooth Cabernet finishes with supportive tannins and lingering developed fruit.
Barista 2010 Pinotage - South Africa. A burst of intense rich cofee and chocolate aromas with ripe nuances of mulberry, plum and Maraschino cherries.
BEERS? We've got 'em!
Stevens Point Brewery Point Special Lager is a well-balanced, full-bodied classic American-Style lager. This award-winning pilsner is praised for its pleasant hop aroma and smooth, hearty flavor.
Point Cascade Pale Ale is a delicious American Pale Ale with a signature fragrant hop bouquet and soft malt palate.
Lost Coast Brewery Great White Beer is a crisp beer with a hint of citrus.
Dixie Jazz Amber Light. This low calorie/low carb beer is sweet and fruity with citrus notes and a whole lot of carbonation.
Xingu Black Beer has a light head and sweet taste with hints of herbs and honey.
Big Sky Brewery Co. Moose Drool Brown Ale is a malty beer with just enough hop presence to keep it from being too sweet.
Tommyknocker Brewery Hop Strike Black India Pale Ale is characterized by an intermingling of spicy citrus hops and chocolate malt creating an interesting complexity and great first impression on the nose.
Riverwest Amber Lager Stein Beer. A balanced maltiness with just a hint of sweetness dominates the flavor, with a crisp hop bite in the finish.
Duvel Belgian Golden Ale has a fluffy white head and a warm, not overly complex flavor of fruitiness and sour taste. Great smell and mouthfeel.
Brewery Ommegang Three Philosophers is a Belgian style blend that boasts a powerful marriage of cherries, roasted malts and dark chocolate.
Great River Brewery Redband Stout is a milk stout infused with Redband Coffee Company espresso beans.
